Becoming a business mentor with the Mowgli Foundation

Much of the Mowgli Foundation blog has been devoted towards developing skills as an entrepreneur and as a mentor, but we have not really talked about Business Mentoring as an activity in it’s own right.  As you will know by now, the Mowgli Foundation mentors the worlds poorest entrepreneurs to help alleviate poverty and develop local economies.  In order to do this work we need to have skilled business focused mentors to work with us on a volunatary basis. Mowgli Foundation Evaluation and Feedback

As an organisation we are constantly trying to strive to ensure that the service we provide matches the needs of both our entreprenuers and our mentors.  The only way we can do that of course is by measuring the results of the various aspects of the mentoring experience, both during the initial training and ‘getting to know you’ phase and the ongoing relationship that exists between mentor and mentee in to the future.   Our latest evaluation and feedback from the last programme in Syria has just been released and we’ve created a slideshare presentation of the information.  I’ve added it below for you to find out more.
